What is the age limit for child support in the state of West Virginia? The child support i am orderd to pay,The child will be age 18 years of age in July 2008.From what i have learn the child is no longer attending school since 2006 and has not been passing with no progess while in school and droped out of school while in the 10 th grade.so the child wll have to go back to the 10th grade at age 18 years of age .If the child would return to school at age 18 years old would i still have to pay child support ?because i was told this would be the only reason for the child to go back to school was to continue getting child support even thought they will be an adult and still not passing in school.
