My x-wife has lost two homes to forclosure in 8 years. She has moved my two teen-aged boys to a “Fixer-upper” rental with a man and a 21 year old woman. The 21 year old woman is rooming with my 17 year old son. My fourteen year old is not very happy about this. My x-wife has no car, no job (she lost her job and business this last month) and her appartment of 1 month. Will the courts consider her financial problems grounds for giving me custody. I have joint-custody now, but the boys live in another county.
