My wife took our three children out of state without the my knowledge (this was in 98). I got 2 children back a few months after they were taken(this was a mutual agreement). The youngest however stayed with her. The youngest will graduate in a year. I live in Oklahoma and my daughter lives in Colorado. Am I responsible for her college tuition by law?
